We are looking for a Senior adviser with expertise in the area of Global Mobility & International Compensation and Benefits.
Job description
As Senior adviser you will be responsible for setting up processes in the domain of Global Mobility/International Compensation & Benefits for the new group of companies called Epiroc. Short term the focus will be to ensure a smooth transition in conjunction with the split and to get all the basics in place.
Long term you will be responsible to further develop our policies and procedures to ensure a Global Mobility and international compensation framework that supports the strategy of the Epiroc Group.
You will be working in a small team supporting the recruiting managers worldwide in different aspects of global mobility. Your main point of contact will be the Divisional Human Resources Managers.
This position reports to the VP HR & Organizational Development of Epiroc.
Your main tasks as global mobility adviser will be the following:
• Providing salary build-up calculations.
• Making Job classifications & International Position Evaluations.
• Creating annual Salary/Pensionable salary Review tools and reporting data.
• Interpreting, developing, "Policing" and monitoring the Group's International Mobility Policies.
• Assisting Divisional HR Managers with expatriate processes.
• Analyzing Market Salary Data and assist companies in creating their salary structure.
• Benchmarking of benefits and policies.
• Working on different projects related to Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits.
In addition, you will work closely with Finance in relation to the administration of the Long term incentive plans and the tax assistance provided in that respect to international mobile employees.
You will support the VP HR & Organizational Development in the preparation of the salary review, benchmarking and contracting for the Executives of the Epiroc Group.
In this position, you will travel from time to time to participate in projects and give presentations in meetings and seminars.
Mission
The mission is to build a competence center in Epiroc in respect of all aspects related to Global Mobility and International Compensation and Benefits. You will advise and support the recruiting managers and the Divisional HR Managers in different domains related to the employment of international mobile employees and to ensure the recruitment/employment is made in line with the Group's policy intentions.
Part of the mission is to further develop the Global Mobility policy to ensure the policy supports the long term targets and strategy of Epiroc.
Educational, knowledge and experience requirements
University degree or similar through experience. Good command of English (both spoken & written) is a must. Good computer skills with primary focus on Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate has at least 5 year experience in international mobility and has worked in an international environment.
