Role Overview
We are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our commercial team and lead sales efforts in the commercial kitchen and ventilation sectors. This role requires a consultative sales professional with strong technical aptitude, capable of managing complex B2B sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building long-term customer relationships. You will also play a key role in delivering Airission's mission to the market and shaping our position as the preferred partner for modern air filtration.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical consultation to contract negotiation and project handover.
Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts including restaurant chains, kitchen contractors, property developers, and ventilation service firms.
Serve as a technical and commercial advisor, helping clients understand the advantages of Airission's PFT technology vs traditional filters.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery, ensuring smooth transitions between sales, engineering, and installation teams.
Map market opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches, campaigns, and engagement strategies for your assigned vertical.
Attend and represent Airission at industry trade shows, partner events, and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
Maintain CRM accuracy, provide sales forecasts, and report performance metrics to CCO and broader management team.
Support the development of marketing material, case studies, and customer reference projects.

Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, ventilation systems, or professional kitchen equipment.
Demonstrated success in solution-based technical sales, with experience managing projects from prospect to commissioning.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (Swedish and English required).
Ability to translate technical value into clear commercial benefits for decision makers.
Comfortable working in both startup and enterprise environments-structured yet hands-on.
Valid driver's license (required).
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Highly Meriting Experience
Sales experience within indoor air quality (IAQ), energy systems, or sustainable building technologies.
Familiarity with indoor air quality regulations, energy audits, or ESG-driven sales processes.
Network within the Nordic restaurant, real estate, or ventilation industries.
Knowledge of TCO modeling, energy efficiency financing, or government procurement processes.
