InfiMotion Technology develops, manufactures, and sells high performance electric drive units for fully electric vehicles, addressing the whole value chain, including production software and single components.

InfiMotion was founded in 2021 in Wuxi, China, and lead investors are companies such as Geely Auto, Lotus and Ningbo Luma, with a professional board of directors with experienced powertrain and automotive executives from well-known Geely Holding companies.

By the end of 2023, InfiMotion aims to have over 1000 experienced employees across two R&D Centers in Gothenburg Sweden and in Wuxi China. The InfiMotion team has been responsible for over two million sold units to date, by which over 100 000 were delivered to the European market. The first batch of new high-performance products went in to production early 2023.

The Role;

We are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to join our team. At InfiMotion Technology, nurturing customer relationships is our foremost commitment. We are in search of a dedicated and personable Account Manager to uphold existing customer accounts and serve as our primary point of contact. Furthermore, we require additional support to explore opportunities with potential future clients. Responsibilities/Tasks;

The role involves:

• Managing sales and fostering customer relationships.

• Nurturing existing relationships with priority customers to drive ongoing business growth.

• Tailoring product offerings and portfolio to align with market needs.

• Conducting customer segmentation and targeted portfolio strategies.

• Serving as InfiMotion's representative at conferences, symposiums, expos, and in publications.

• Providing essential support in product business planning.

• Conducting in-depth competitor and market analysis.

• Crafting sales and marketing materials to drive success.

Requirements to succeed in this role;

• Proven expertise in electric drive units/e-axle development and electrified/electric powertrain solutions.

• Extensive background in Sales, Account Management, and Marketing specifically within the European automotive sector.

• Proficiency in managing intricate sales processes and negotiations.

• Demonstrated ability in commercial and strategic thinking to propel product development and associated business endeavors within a fast-evolving market, characterized by tight deadlines and a strong focus on customer and internal considerations.

About you;

We are looking for an individual with a well-established track record in working independently, effectively managing priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess robust intercultural communication skills, excel in presentations, and be a collaborative team player capable of engaging with personnel at all levels. Additionally, proficiency in English is a must.
