Here we are looking for a Security Operation Manager who wants to be part of this journey by making visible, improving and proactively working with our operational security capacity.
Be a part of our team
Do you want to be a key person in building a group-wide Nordic Security Operation unit? In the role of Head of Security Operations, you will lead a team of security specialists and report to the Head of IT Operation as well as be part of the Operations management team. You will also have close cooperation with the CISO team and be part of the security organization.
In your own team, there are currently two vacant positions to be recruited. You have functional and service delivery responsibility for global SOC which is provided by a partner mainly offshore. As Head of Security Operational you also manage a set of security capabilities.
Job duties
In the role, there are great opportunities to be involved in building up the Security Operation as well as to run, develop and establish routines internally at PostNord.
This includes, for example;
- Portfolio manager for security services where you own the Security operations roadmap. This includes streamlining and optimizing the map of security capacity.
- Service Manager for the SOC service which is partly operated by the third party service provider.
- Responsible for the incident response process for cyber security and developing and streamlining the process for handling common attacks. (CISO owns the process).
- Responsible for coordinating the handling of cybersecurity incidents within the PostNord Group.
- Implement modern and proactive SIEM to create visibility over the entire PostNord Group.
- Streamline by reducing manual handling and using automated investigations and actions and incident management playbooks.
- Ensure we are fast and have a high quality of detecting threats proactively by being responsible for designing and implementing proactive processes.
- Responsible for leading the vulnerability management and security testing process with associated tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve PostNord's IT security proposition.

We are looking for you who have
- At least five years of experience working in IT security.
- At least two years' experience or more in management positions.
- You may have a role today as a manager or specialist within, for example, Security Operation, -incident, -vulnerability management, -PEN testing or Security Network operation.
- An understanding of one of the areas Incident Response, Penetration Testing or Vulnerability Management with the ability to analyze problems from a cybersecurity perspective and propose solutions.
- Experience in outsourced delivery and supplier management.
- Fluent in English and meritorious with Swedish.
- Very good presentation and communication skills.
It is a merit if you have experience with SOC services. Relevant vendor certification (eg Microsoft) is an added plus. If you also have experience of working in larger, complex organisations, it is advantageous. It is also a merit if you understand one of the Nordic languages.
