hela Sverige We are looking for a true agile ambassador to act as Scrum Master to strengthen the Distribution Equipment Programme team. We offer you a challenge to support in maturing the teams agile way of working, with the ambition to deliver value quicker and better than ever. The goal is to push the limits of agile maturity to it's max.
Your daily tasks may include:
• Coach the Product Owners, Development team and the Organization on the Agile values.
• Support teams to collaborate and perform at its best, by facilitating an open communication during Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum and Sprint Retrospective.
• Facilitate the use of Jira and metrics as a way to improve the delivery performance.
• Be a servant leader, who protects the team from interference and helps to remove impediments that could prevent the team from reaching the Sprint Goals.
• Secure the well-being and motivation of the respective team members
• Secure the Programme adoption of new ways of working following the new development process, by contributing in Design Sprints, identifying and supporting pilots, and driving the implementation.
• Secure alignment and productivity across different programs and organisations when it comes to Agile operating model in collaboration with central Agile Coaches.
