We are looking for a motivated team player into our development teams. We wish you to support and guide the team in their Agile practices journey. You will be able to share your ideas, experiment with new techniques and find innovative ways of solving impediments allowing you to make a lasting impact.
Since the teams are small of members, we would like you to care for two teams, that works closely together.
Who are we? In very short terms, we are the bank in the bank. Value Stream Treasury is integrated in BD & BIO Group Treasury (part of CFO Office) and have an overall responsibility for all services used by Treasury. Value Stream Treasury consists of 26 people, organised in 5 teams. We work with many parts of Swedbank due to the nature of the Treasury-function.

What is needed in this role:
• Previous experience as Scrum Master / Team Coach.
• Being self-driven, proactive, and structured.
• Ability to give and take responsibility.
• You have great communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Being solution-oriented and open-minded team player with desire to improve continuously.
• Acknowledging excellent work and ability to coach, support and coordinate the team.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence.
