Join Our Team as a Scrum Master at Scania Issue Management Release Train!
Are you passionate about driving agile software development and delivering exceptional services to customers? We're seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and play a key role in fostering an agile mindset.
Your role
• Facilitate Agile Events: Organize and lead Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with the product owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion Scrum Principles: Guide the team in adhering to Scrum values and principles, while maintaining agreed-upon processes and standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and velocity, utilizing appropriate tools and metrics to track sprint progress.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve impediments, conflicts, or issues within the team or with external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Team Development: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, fostering continuous improvement in skills and competencies.
• Cultivate Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories, backlog refinement, and burndown charts.
• Familiarity with agile software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Enthusiastic about agile methodologies and delivering value to customers.
• You have a professional programming background.
• Experience in the commercial automotive business is merited.
