Today, we are a team working together to add value to our assembly and logistics in the cab factory at Scania in Oskarshamn. We use our IT skills to make production constantly better, more efficient and reliable.
If you have a burning interest in leadership and want to be involved in coaching one of our teams, then this is the job for you and we would like to have you as our future colleague.
Your mission
Here, we work to identify new needs in the business in order to translate into digital solutions that are either delivered by a third party or developed internally by us.
In this role, you will be the coach for one of these teams that work to achieve our goals in terms of productivity and digitalization. Continuous improvements lead us forward and we are not afraid to think in new ways, both in terms of how we work or what technologies we use.

You have broad IT knowledge and a great interest in translating your knowledge and experience into digital solutions together with your team. It is easy for you to collaborate and create relationships.
