To our back end teams, The Mayas & Monkeys, we are now looking for a Scrum Master that wants to grow with the teams and make sure that they deliver more in less time. You work with world class talent and you understand what teams are all about.
The Scrum Master is key in the daily work of a development team and manages team delivery, backlog and is making sure that the team can always focus on the right thing. Each team have their own agile development process (mostly Scrum or Kanban) and the Scrum Master assists by removing impediments, running sprints, driving stand-ups, and proactively solving problems. This is not a managerial role but you are key in the teams' ever lasting effort to improve our output through quality and quantity.
You need to be technical. You might not need to code yourself in this particular role but our ideal candidate has been programming and has experience from being in a coordinating or leading role within a development team. Most importantly you are a skilled communicator and have a way to get things done. We are looking for a go-to girl or guy that everyone wants to work with.
