What's in it for you?
We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master who can coach and challenge our product team in delivering outstanding business value by solving our user's problems. You will join the Service Operations product cluster within the Commercial facing area of Digital at Volvo Cars. This product cluster delivers digital solutions for service and maintenance of cars at the dealer's workshops. You will be part of the journey as we deliver on our company's vision to enable an on-line experience for car ownership. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery and having fun together while doing it.
You will be working with two development teams, providing new software features for our workshop technicians in the VIDA system. VIDA is used to provide maintenance and for diagnosing the car, as well as providing service instructions and planning the service. VIDA is also used for downloading new software to the car and locating spare parts.
We are currently on a journey to modernize our infrastructure as well as our applications where a transition to cloud is in the backlog.
What you'll do
You will act as a servant leader for the team by driving and organizing the team events and supporting the team in delivering value to customers. You will be coaching the team and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-sets. Managing and optimizing the flow of value, encouraging Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps to improve quality and speed of delivery. Establishing and improving planning and delivery iterations. Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. Facilitate preparation and readiness for PI ceremonies and work together with the RTE and fellow Scrum Masters to improve the collaboration in the cluster.
