Internationella Engelska Skolan Uppsala is a grade 4-9 school with around 740 pupils. We follow the Swedish curriculum, although English, Mathematics, and Science are taught in English by native English speakers. We provide pupils with the opportunity to command the English language in a safe and orderly environment, in which teachers can teach and students can learn. With both Swedish staff, and staff from many different parts of the world, students are submerged in a multicultural environment providing them with challenges and experiences.

We are looking for an experienced, full time certified teacher of Science for grades 6-7 from March 2017 until June 2017 with the possibility of extension. At IES Uppsala, Science is taught in English. Therefore, fluency in the English language as the language of instruction is a requirement.

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic teacher and a good team player. Mentorship of a class will be part of the position.
