hela Sverige We are looking for an SAP Planning Manager to manage all Strategic and Tactical planning activities required to enable the successful delivery of Business Operations Transformation (BOT) projects across the programme, managing programme dependencies by working with the business and Digital teams.
The scope of the services
• Up to date Strategic Roadmap
• Up to date Tactical plan including milestones
• Dependency tracking and management
• Own the operational plan template
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage BOT Strategic roadmap
• Own and manage BOT Tactical Plan
• Align with Strategic Partners on all plans
• Drive dependency tracking and management
• Maintain operational plan templates
• Align with Transformation Office and Digital Roadmap Leader
• Provide support and challenge to individual project managers on their operational plans.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
Hands on management of complex international, multi-site ERP projects, with a very strong emphasis on planning, execution and control.
Minimum of 7 years project/programme management experience, preferably in the technology sector and/or business transformation.
Strong motivational skills/ communication skills. Continually assess skills and capabilities and address performance issues of team members where appropriate.
Strong dependency management
Ability to collaborate with multiple people at different levels
Key Experience
7 plus years of SAP Programme Planning and multiple cycles
Planning & estimation skills
Certified PM skills i.e., PPM, Prince 2
Matrix management and management of 3rd parties.
Professional experienced in working complex multi-cultural teams
Strategic vision
Attention to detail
