Salesforce Technical Consultant - GenAI (Generative AI) and Agent Force - consultancy opportunity - 12+ months

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Consultant with expertise in GenAI (Generative AI) and Agent Force
Location: Greater Stockholm Area, Sweden
Way of working: hybrid (3 days / week on site)
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: ideally 17th November 2025
End Date: 31st December 2026
Language: Excellent communication in English (fluent speaking, writing and reading)

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in GenAI (Generative AI) and Agent Force to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce development, a strong understanding of AI-driven solutions, and hands-on experience with Agent Force to enhance customer engagement and automate service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications integrating GenAI technologies to create intelligent, automated solutions.
* Design and implement Agent Force workflows to streamline agent productivity and improve customer experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with AI-driven tools and third-party platforms.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce, GenAI, and Agent Force components.

Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience:

* In Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
* In Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
* With GenAI tools and frameworks integrated into Salesforce.
* With Einstein AI services and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Good knowledge of

* Agent Force platform and its customisation.
* DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application within Salesforce ecosystems.
Background in customer service automation and chatbot development.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
