Salesforce Architect
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead our platform's evolution as we embark on a significant digital transformation journey. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting complex Salesforce environments, particularly within Sales and Service Clouds, and a deep understanding of platform capabilities to support a growing user base of over 450 users.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Clouds.
Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security to support a growing user base.
Ensure data integrity and governance across the Salesforce platform.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a point of escalation for complex Salesforce issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
We are seeking a candidate with:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and custom development.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
