Salesforce Administrator, Commercial Solutions, IT
As a Salesforce Administrator specializing in Service Cloud, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our Salesforce environments to meet the specific needs of our airline operations. Customer Service will be your primary stakeholder and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining the system, troubleshooting issues, training users, driving automation and implementing enhancements

Things you will do
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our customer service teams and agents, including workflow automation, validation rules, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Provide day-to-day user support, including resolving user issues, answering inquiries, and providing training and documentation as needed.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and security, implementing best practices to ensure optimal Salesforce functionality.
• Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and new features; evaluating their potential impact and recommending appropriate enhancements.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system integrations, data migrations, and data management strategies.
• Maintain user roles, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring appropriate data access and security protocols are in place.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Service Cloud. Sales Cloud experience would be beneficial.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management.
• Agile practices and associated tools (Jira/Azure DevOps or similar).
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.
