Job Summary



We are looking for a sales support manager to support the overall sales process, tool and people transformation. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Experience unit (reporting into Head of BA Technology & Emerging Business) and work closely with stakeholders in MA, BA and IT. The Customer Experience unit manages the common "one Ericsson" agenda for Sales with focus on global common standards for methods, process, tools/capabilities; sales transformation (e g CRM) and digital customer engagement (e g eCom); and sales force excellence and compliance.



Your prime focus will be to smartly improve the "common core" for Sales across MAs including areas such as the framework for steering documents, job roles, knowledge sharing/forums both in view of continuous management and to support the ongoing sales transformation. Your guiding principles for the "one Ericsson" agenda should be to facilitate sales flow, ensure leverage of scale and synergies and ensure necessary compliances.



The success in this role depend on extensive understanding on how business flows take place today within Ericsson and ideas for infusing best practice into the ongoing transformation.



Responsibilities & Tasks


• Drive focused improvement activities within the common core for Sales across MA
• Develop and engage with sales community to gather feedback and continually improve

Qualification


• Bachelor or Master degree within relevant area
• Sales and/or commercial management
• Experience from complex change management projects
• Business and operational improvement experience
• Process development experience
• Fluent in English

The job location is Kista, Sweden and immediate availability for work on location in Sweden will be prioritised.
