What will you do?
As the Sales Representative for our Nordic Government and Trade services you will be a key player in expanding our customer base. Your focus is developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics. To make this happen you will have the opportunity to travel within the Nordics on a regular basis.
Our Government and Trade services helps governments, customs and national standards organizations improve the compliance of imports with safety standards, protect import duty revenues, and secure the international supply chain. Our expertise and Conformity Assessment Programmes help ensure imported goods meet safety and other standards. Our worldwide network of offices delivers rapid inspection, certification, and shipment valuations. Our verification services provide the assurance needed for engaging in international trade.
Responsibilities:
• Upsell existing programmes and commercial services by account penetration
• Meet and exceed annual revenue, margin, new customers, and key activity targets
• Meet and exceed all agreed target mechanisms
• Achieve new business goals
• Assist in developing relationships with key government departments
• Provide monthly activity reports as required
• Build strong relations with excellent communication both internal and external
Who are you?
• You have a background in working in the sales field
• Skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM)
• Customer focused and able to drive a first-class service
• Have a technical ability to understand testing and government standards
We are seeking a proactive individual with a customer-centric focus to stimulate business growth. Your strong communication skills ensure the delivery of our customer promise with quick and effective resolutions.
