We are currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), you will manage the delivery of the Central Sales Operations function. You will strive to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Commercial Team through standardizing & automating processes, enabling growth opportunities by performing regular data analysis and ensuring enabling technologies are leveraged.
What you will do
Updating Monthly Business Reporting outputs for the Commercial, Finance and Visa teams by delivering timely and accurate analysis & business insights.
Building new reporting tools, dashboards and datasets to support shifting business needs and support decision-making processes.
Coordinating bi-weekly sales forecasting cadences & processes, driving predictability in tight collaboration with our business leaders.
Driving and tracking critical metrics to enhance overall productivity, and ultimately help scale the Commercial Team's performance.
Business partnering and high collaboration required with Commercial teams to identify data process inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and tracking progress continuously to improve data quality.
Assisting in special projects, such as ad hoc analyses and other duties as required.
What we offer you
In this role you will join the FP&A team, while also falling under the umbrella of the Sales Operations Excellence team, giving you the tools to really understand our growth drivers from a business and financial perspective. We're constantly looking at ways of improving and you will play an important part in identifying and driving improvement initiatives, as well as having the opportunity to shape and create what 'best practices' look like for Tink. One of the main goals of this role is to enable the Commercial Team to outperform their targets and wherever possible reduce friction within the sales process.
What we're looking for
Working experience within Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Finance.
Analytical mindset and ability to compile and draw conclusions from data.
A high level of collaboration will be required across different teams.
Ability to create and implement a robust reporting infrastructure.
Good general business understanding and an ability to see the bigger picture.
Ability to take initiative and enjoy working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Academic background, fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience with systems like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Analytics would be advantageous but not required.
