We are now looking for a Sales & Order Administrator to Samsung 's office in Kista. You will become part of a fast-moving organization and you will be given opportunities to grow and develop in a team of 7 close working coworkers. In this role you will supervise and align customer sales orders according to demand planning. You will be in close contact with external customers as well as internal communication with the sales team and Supply Chain Management team. Furhtermore you inform customers of shortage and order changes as well as pricing.
Main reponsibilites:
* Order release and alight orders according to demand plan.
* Secure PO-SO alignment with customers.
* Pricing
* Inform customers and key account managers upon supply changes.
* Supervise and align customers order.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience within SCM/logistics. You also have the ability to plan ahead and work in a systematic and organised way. Your focus is on customer satisfaction and deliver quality service or product to the agreed standards. You support others and work effectively with both individuals and teams. You also have strong multitasking skills and know how to prioritize your tasks. If you also have knowledge of SAP, this is a plus.
Offer
This is a consultant assignment that will start as soon as possible and running for 6 months with a possibility of extension. You will be a part of a dynamic group in a fast moving organization where you will get the opportunity to grow and develop in an engaged team. The work is located at Samsung 's office in Kista with some remote work possibilities.
