Do you like working in an international environment and would like to work for one of the world 's top brands? We are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and with the overall responsibility for the sales target achievement via dealers for BMW Sverige.
What awaits you?
The Sales Manager is together with a great team of 10 people responsible for the development of sales competencies and support training resources impacting the sales organization, network planning and implementation of BMW Group Northern Europe 's overall strategy and business plan.
The function as Sales Manager is a leading role and sets the framework for the dealer network in terms of maximizing business processes, customer satisfaction, volume, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Overall BMW sales target setting and achievement including all business segments (private, corporate, special sales):
• by coaching and leading sales and corporate sales team
• by implementing and follow up on sales processes
• by defining and reaching targets for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction with clear
reporting tools.
• by planning production together with Nordic production planning team and to manage dealer
stock levels
• by motivating and providing the right tools for the sales organization at BMW Sverige
• together with product and marketing team ensure successful launch of new models
• negotiate sales budgets with finance departments
• initiate sales campaigns together with the sales force
• together with marketing department secure right focus and tonality of marketing for the Swedish market in line with long term vision.
• analyze the sales development, profitability, and results for the dealer network to proactively steer the business
What should you bring along?
• work-experience from a similar position as Sales Manager for a premium brand for at least 3-5 years
• experience from working in close contact with retailers and the automotive dealer business in particular is an advantage
• university diploma within business or marketing
• experience from digital sales is an advantage
• experienced leader
• very good negotiating skills
• strong communicator
• very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• confident presenter with good presentation skills
• fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
You are a confident leader with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and steer a changing business environment. As a person you are goal oriented, hands on, commercially driven and enjoy working in high paced environment. You can motivate and engage dealers as well as the team at BMW Sverige. You have an excellent feeling for the brand and brand behavior is essential. The job requires flexible working patterns as some events or travel will be outside normal hours.
You will report to the Managing Director BMW Sweden, and the position is located in Sollentuna with extensive travel within the region.

Further information
The position is located at BMW 's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, you get the opportunity to drive your own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The position is full-time, permanent and starting immediately or by other agreement.
