SALES MANAGER NORDICS
Our strength is in 3 key verticals: Travel, Retail and Classifieds. This role involves a great deal of proactive outgoing sales activity (face to face) as well as active account management in the performance display space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach and exceed sales goals
Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with direct clients and media agencies
Develop relationships at all levels from marketing exec to board director
Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
Hit quarterly revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years digital media sales experience, ideally highly familiar with online performance business from i) affiliate network (such as TradeDoubler), ii) search agency (such as Outrider/iProspect) or iii) media network (such as Specific Media/AdAction) but equally any digital media experience will be considered
Passionate about new media and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
Understand the local and international media landscape

Ability to prioritize in the face of demanding timeframes
Organizational and exceptional time management skills
