The Sales Manager will be responsible for the Marine sales organisations in Scandinavia and based at our Stockholm office. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing team of driven sales professionals in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You will be responsible for seeing that targets are achieved by the sales team. You continuously develop the team and the business while securing a positive, supportive and team player environment, leading by example. As the Sales Manager you will have full responsibility for our dealer network in Scandinavia. Focus will be on building strong relations with our dealers and develop their business by maintaining and further developing a support system built around our dealer's needs. In your role, you will be supported by proven working methods and competent, driven and experienced colleagues.

Your profile - Skills

The right candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills and earns respect through leading by example. You have previous experience managing a team working with solution- and product-based sales. As a person, you are driven and ambitious in ensuring that objectives and goals are met. You operate always with integrity and are skilled in working closely with different personalities cross Scandinavian countries.

The right candidate will be able to develop and implement successful sales strategies and manage the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organisation, also working very closely with different internal and external stakeholders. You have a high-energy level, you are self-motivated, passionate about business and sales, proactive, able to think outside the box and have a proven track record.

In this position you will be reporting to the Division Manager Marine who is based in our Oslo office

Your capabilities

Minimum of 4 years' experience with managing a team working with solution and product based sales preferably with capital consumer goodsA goal driven and passionate attitude, thinking in solutions, leading by exampleFluent, both verbal and written in Swedish and EnglishAble to communicate with Danish and Norwegian native speakers.
