We are looking for a Commercial Manager for Premium Coffee Sweden (Nespresso B2B) with position based in Stockholm. You will report to Managing Director Premium Coffee Sweden/Finland/Denmark and be a part of the Nordic Management team.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
You are in charge of B2B sales across Sweden via 2 sales managers and 2 Key Accounts.
Your responsibility is:
• overall sales budget responsibility
• recruitment
• organization chart
• leading, training and motivating the B2B teams.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a strong sales management experience (at least 4-5 years) leading a national sales organization with multiple offices, and has worked in similar process- and sales tool-oriented organization. You have experiences in sales situations with short cycle sales and with organizations selling directly to end users (B-t-B / B-t-C). Furhtermore you have own experience in working with Key Accont management.
