www.yazaki-europe.comWorking as Sales Leader at Yazaki Gothenburg you will be responsible for coordination and handling of commercial activities within a defined business area. This means that you will lead all commercial discussions with customer and secure that agreed conditions and contracts are followed. You will also be involved in negotiations and set-up of new agreements when required.
The assignment is focused in the product field of Electronics Instrumentation and Control Units, and it is preferable with a good technical understanding/knowledge. An engineering degree within Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required or long term experience from electronics development and/or sales.
Your main tasks will be to build and maintain the business case within one or more projects, manage and negotiate quotations, create internal sales forecasts and sales budget for long term planning purposes.
Your main external interface will be the purchaser at customer site. You will report to Account Manager and Project Manager and your other main internal interfaces will be Sales Controller, Resident Engineers, Cost Engineers and Advanced Purchasing at Yazaki.
The position requires negotiation skills, technical understanding, project management skills, analytical mindset with high power of initiative and focus on results which meet both customer expectations and internal project targets. You probably have some years of experience within automotive business, and you understand the importance of having a good relationship with the customer.
As a person you are perceptive and analytical. You have a creative mind when it comes to finding possibilities in your strive to reach win-win solutions together with the customer. You should also have a big portion of humbleness.
Fluent in English is a must. Swedish is desirable.
