We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and ambitious Sales Executive with experience from logistics and transport business. Positive mind-set, result drive and excellent communication skills are necessary for the person who will join our team in Sweden!
We Offer
As a Sales Executive you will have the possibility to contribute to the development and execution of the Safmarine strategy and commercial business plan within Sweden.

In Safmarine you will be one of the Sales Executives closely cooperating with our entire commercially dedicated organization.
You will be reporting to the Safmarine Cluster Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:
• Deliver the agreed target figures (volume, revenue, customer visits and customer satisfaction).
• Provide our customers in the Swedish the market with the best service and manage their expectations.
• Identify and materialize sustainable commercial opportunities within our strategy.
• Optimize and manage our customer portfolio and the reporting in our CRM system, salesforce.com.
• Grow your customer base
• Strive to be a role model within our group values, living the Safmarine Way.
• Actively contribute to a good and dynamic team spirit
• Ensure cross department communication and understanding.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate should have: a positive attitude, ability to act and communicate with an open, straightforward and constructive manner.
A person who can inspire, motivate, communicate and engage with customers in face to face situations.
To be successful in this position you should have a high competitive drive, managing selling process as a tool to achieve and reach goals.
The candidate needs to be an integral part of the sales team, by putting the "we before I".
It should be a person who has a good business, market and customer understanding with excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
Skills required:
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and oral.
• Bachelor degree or similar within the commercial field
• Documented sales experience within shipping/transport/logistic industry
• Excellent time management
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and new situations
• B driving licence
