Algeco Sweden is expanding and as part of our exciting growth we are recruiting a Sales Assistant.
As a Sales Assistant you will play an important role and support the Swedish organisation, in sales development and in administration and organisation. The tasks are divided in three areas: Sales Department, Administrative Support & Office Management and Operations Support & ERP Expertise.
Your work with the Sales Department will include administration of company presentations, marketing material and the company webpage. You will maintain the CRM system, paper archive and handling contracts and required documents. In your role you will have a lot of contact with main stakeholders and clients concerning deliveries, transportation and return dates. You will receive and internally communicate customer requests, claims and develop prospect lists. You will also be responsible for Customer Invoice Management and make sure the invoices are correct.
The Administrative Support and Office Management part of the role includes travel support for visitors and administrative support for the Managing Director. You will coordinate office supplies and manage the contact with office service providers.
You will also be responsible for Operations Support like transport management when the Depot Manager/Operations Manager is on site.
Profile:
You have experience from similar work in your previous role. You have strong administrative skills and an ability to manage and prioritise different tasks. You are customer oriented with a problem solving attitude and a quick learner. You are flexible and used to work with little supervision. You enjoy working in small teams and easily make contact with other people.
To succeed in this role you have experience from working in CRM/ERP systems and advanced use of MS Office. Preferably you are familiar with the modular business, construction or industrial rental. You have knowledge in Economy and you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
