We are looking for a creative and service-minded Sales & Marketing Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the products and service offer of the division "Customer Services" at BSH Home Appliances across Northern Europe. You will be part of a small team and report to the Customer Service Marketing Manager Northern Europe. Some international travelling might be required.
Your tasks:
Business Development:
• Identification of new business opportunities, sales channels and partnerships
• Participate in the development of new products and services
Account Management:
• Negotiations, steering, monitoring and support of regional & local key accounts
• Creation, implementation and follow-up of action plans in cooperation with the key accounts
• Implementation of product launches and phase-outs
Marketing Communications:
• Creation, implementation and follow-up of marketing plans
• Promote our repair service and spare parts & accessories towards end consumers in all channels with a strong focus on digital communications
• Support other B2B partners and internal stakeholders with relevant marketing material/ tools
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree or a commercial education, preferably within Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in different roles within sales and marketing
• Proven experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns across different channels
• Proven experience in key account management
• A genuine interest for consumer behavior and shopping patterns, with good market knowledge
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, additional Nordic languages are a plus
