Glooko/Diasend simplify life for people with diabetes and facilitates the work of their health care providers by optimizing diabetes data management.
Our comprehensive and market leading solutions involve uploading, storing and analyzing data from a clear majority of the diabetes devices currently available on the global market - allowing patients and caregivers to easily access, understand and share the same information. This equals highly valuable support for people with diabetes both during and in-between doctor visits, and makes the work of diabetes coaches around the world much more efficient and accurate.
Over the last few years we have grown quickly and are now at the point of the next big phase of expansion, aiming at establishing a presence with new exciting products in several markets within the near future. And to get there, the search for a number of new talented and driven co-workers has now begun.
We are a global company with about 80 employees, located in Silicon Valley, Chicago, London and Gothenburg - currently serving 4 000 diabetes clinics in 23 countries across 15 languages, impacting the lives of tens of millions of people with diabetes on a daily basis. Our largest owners are Samsung Ventures, Medtronic, Canaan Partners and Social Capital.
In our brand new office close to Liseberg (yes - you will have Lisebergskortet as an employee benefit) in Gothenburg we are approximately 35 co-workers. We are responsible for sales, customer support and marketing for all international markets except North America. We also have a dedicated team of engineers that works with technical development for all global markets.

We are looking for a multilingual Sales Analyst
As a Sales Analyst at Glooko/Diasend you will support our sales department for an optimal implementation and follow up of sales and activities in both our direct sales organisation as well as our international distributors. The position is based in our Gothenburg office, but some travelling might be required.
We believe you are someone who enjoys working in a team, is able to communicate effectively and finds it exciting to work with different cultures in an international environment.
You will be responsible for:
• Monitoring and evaluating of distributors.
• Collecting data, generate and analyse reports on sales and activities
• Monitoring, gathering and internally distribute business intelligence in local markets
• Interacting with Customer Support staff to address any local sales related issues.
Experience and competence requirements
• Relevant academic education, e.g. business administration, at least bachelor's level.
• 2+ years of working in similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device company
• Excellent knowledge in CRM-systems (preferably SalesForce) and MS Excel
• Excellent in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing, and at least one of either German, French or Arabic as your communication skills are vital in internal and external discussions.
