Root Cause Analysis lead's to join us at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB, in Finspång.
We are looking to recruit two new members to our Engineering support group which is part of the department for Customer Technical Support (CTS). The group's main responsibility is the function Technical customer support which among other tasks includes the 24 hour a day all year around operational support and the general operation of our Remote Diagnostic Center.
If you are successful with your application your main responsibility will be to execute Root Cause investigations (RCA:s).
An RCA is an important part of our customer support as a more extensive investigation and documentation of a problem when occurred. It will help our customers and us to prevent disorders when operating the machine in the future.
You will spend approximately 20% of your working time travelling abroad so it is important that you feel comfortable in a more flexible work situation.
What will be my tasks? *Your main responsibility is to lead major Root Cause investigations (RCA:s) and to create and document action plans .
• You will be responsible for communicating the investigation status's on different levels to our external customers and internally.
What is required of me? *As a person you are a positive leader and building new networks is natural to you.
• You are business and service minded and understands the importance of good relationship with our customers.
• You have a technical background and are able to work from a technical holistic perspective.
• You have already good knowledge of our Siemens turbine products or similar experience from other power generation products used around within the business.
• You are a fast learner and are by nature curious to always learn more.
• You are comfortable in a global environment and have good knowledge of both spoken and written English.
