About the job Group Risk supports responsible and sustainable business growth. We provide the steering tools and processes for monitoring and control needed to enable a low risk profile - a strategic pillar in our Wanted position.
In this position, you will take an important role in a team that is responsible for verifying that IT- and information security risk management is relevant, efficient and of high quality. You will provide assurance and be an important counterpart for the management team in Group IT.
As a Risk Officer you are expected to bring the expertise necessary to give assurance to both business line managers and executives to have a second opinion on risks and to make your own risk assessment. Your findings will go into senior risk reporting and affect strategic decisions and investments. You will work closely with your teammates and in close cooperation with risk management in Group IT and across the BIO-organization. You will have regular cooperation also with Group Internal Audit and you are expected to share your expertise and help the different other Risk control functions.
What you need to succeed In this position you need to have proven expert knowledge in IT infrastructure processes and controls. You also need a strong integrity, analytical capacity and a consultative way of working.
We believe that a successful candidate has documented skills in several of the areas listed below:
IT general control design and testing
Third party risk management
Regulatory guidelines for ICT risk and governance
Risk control and risk management methodologies
Research and report writing
Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing are required as well as a proven analytical capacity. You have a relevant degree in computer science or similar academic records. Certificates are meriting but not a requirement.
