Returns Manager
As the Returns Manager/Analyst you will be working closely with Buying, Operations, Finance and Business Intelligence team and report to our CPO. You appreciate the value of process but can be flexible in a fast paced, start-up environment when the conditions call for it. Ideally you have an academic background in engineering or data science.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for analysis, benchmarking and overall optimization of the customer returns process
• Ensures that the returns performance is closely monitored in all top markets and relevant actions are taken involving stakeholders
• Identifies quick wins which will make returns process even smoother for the customers and financially efficient for the company
• Ensures that the relevant KPIs are in place and project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3 years experience in the e-commerce operations. 1 year supervisory experience is also required
• Analytical expertise in data interpretation
• Extensive knowledge of department processes
• You have strong understanding of core priorities, KPI's and underlying dynamics
• Effective communication skills in English, ability to understand and translate business and user requirements across teams and senior leadership
