You enjoy working close to the team to ensure you together exceed guest expectations. You will be part of an international organization with a global network. Hilton is a world leading hotel company with over 6000 hotels in more than 100 countries. Hilton Stockholm Slussen is a full-service hotel located with a view over the old town. In addition to the 289 guest rooms and large meeting facilities, we operate two F&B outlets and our auditorium as an event location.
This role will be responsible for our Panorama Restaurant where we serve breakfast as well as conference lunch and dinners. You will be responsible for ensuring our conference guests has a great stay experience with us. You bring a genuine interest and understanding for hospitality as well as food & beverage. You have an eye for details to ensure consistency in the team 's guest service. When needed you will support other areas of F&B.
To be successful in the role you enjoy working closely with the team and being on the floor when needed. You enjoy providing a great and personalized service experience and atmosphere for our local and international guests.
You will be responsible for performing the following key tasks to the highest standards:
Maintain exceptional levels of guest service and guest satisfaction in Panorama and conference areas in collaboration with the kitchen.
Influentially tell the story of Food & Beverage to our Team Members and Guests.
Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
Set policies and procedures to ensure quality and a great guest experience at all times.
Have a people focus; passionate about creating consistently great experiences as well as a collaborative and inclusive workspace for all team members.

Supported by the Assistant F&B Manager you will lead, coach and develop the whole F&B team and provide exceptional organizational advice and guidance to the team.
Commercially-focused; the ability to deliver exceptional business performance and results
Ensure an attractive breakfast and conference offering in line with Hilton guidelines
Scheduling in our workforce management system
Work within budget in relation to Payroll and other expenses.
Monthly stock takes when needed
Ensure compliance of Hilton Brand & Service Standards
To work in line with Hilton values at all times
Qualifications - What are we looking for?
You have work experience in a leadership role within F&B in a hotel or restaurant with the aspiration to develop further. Minimum 2 years work experience within F&B service preferably including conference and events.
It is important to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English.You will need to be able to use a computer as a working tool with knowledge of excel and related programs.
You enjoy a flexible working schedule including a mix of daytime, evenings as well as weekends.
