KEY Relocation is assigned by foreign companies to assist with their expatriates moving to Sweden for shorter and longer assignments.

In your role as Relocation Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the relocation consultants throughout the entire process for employees moving to and from Sweden.

Your main tasks will be: . Planning and coordinate for the expats arrivals and departures . Accommodation finding: short term lodging, apartment searches, viewing, inspections and negotiation with the landlords. . Settling in: assisting with tax and civil registration, social security registration and bank account opening. Other administrative work to support the relocation consultants

In your role as Immigration Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Immigration specialist in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of pending employment-based immigration applications with the Swedish Immigration services.

Your main task will be: Prepare immigration applications, and gather supporting documentation within expected timelines as assigned by Immigration Specialist for submission to the appropriate government agency . Understand the procedures and documentation required for cases to be filed successfully . Gather and track the receipt of information and inform the client of its status.

Professional, reliable, highly detailed-oriented and energetic . Excellent organizational skills . Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently and at the same time, a team player . Passionate about providing good customer service . Strong communication skills, written and verbal in both Swedish and English (a merit with other languages) . Experience from working and living abroad is a merit . Interested in cultural differences . Good knowledge of the area Gothenburg . Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office)
