In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset (approx. 8-10 teams in multiple locations in one of our Agile Release Trains).

• Fostering a culture of continuously deliveries and improvements, learning and transparency.

• Encourage collaboration between teams and outside the ART.

• Plan and facilitate the events according to SAFe, e.g PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Scrum of Scrums and Product Management.

• Mitigate and remove structural impediments that slows down the ART.

• Collaborate with RTE:s in other ARTs to align and improve our ways of working and be part of GPA RTE team.

• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART.

• Drive and engage in common related development activities.

What is needed in this role:
Relevant academic background and prior experience within business and IT. You have several years of experience from working in agile roles and you have specific experience from SAFe and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role. You bring knowledge and experience which you can successfully apply in our context.

• Have own driving force, be proactive and seek responsibility.

• Have experience of working with cross-border organisations as well as working with stakeholders and business owners outside of your own are.

• Have strong transformational leadership skills and the ability to lead others by motivation and inspiration.

• Ability to handle unclear and unpredictable situations and to be able to drive change without having all the necessary details.

• Drive and influence change, including the ability to adapt oneself to change.

• Be eager to continuously try new ways of working and constantly seek opportunities to learn.

• Have a strong coaching and supporting mindset.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and social skills.

• Be used to working in a structured and planned way to receive accurate and timely results.

• Have integrity, an open and collaborative mindset, and a servant leadership attitude.

• Have a deep understanding and experience of agile way of working (Scrum, KanBan etc), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Have very good written and oral skills in Swedish and English.
