Adecco Life Science in Gothenburg are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a longer assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision of internal and external toxicology and regulatory advice to support business goals and objectives related to product regulatory compliance.
Assistant:
Safety Data Sheets administration in EH&S and SDS Workflow
DVD administration
Initiates and contributes to development of IT tools for Regulatory Affairs
Product Regulatory Specialist/safety adviser:
Responsible for review of physical, chemical and toxicological data and assessment & classification of chemicals and products.Authoring Safety Data Sheets and updating internal regulatory databases within the product portfolio for above mentioned market segments. Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety Data Sheets Assessment of supplier Safety Data Sheets on raw materials.Responsible for following up on chemical control legislation, workplace legislation on use and handling of chemicals.
Responsible for following up on regulations on dangerous goods and classification of products with regard to dangerous goods Safety Adviser on Dangerous goods in Stenungsund and Ö-vik.
Responsible for following the AkzoNobel Business Principles with an obligation to report deviations in legal compliance to responsible manager.
Obligation to archive documents, decisions and assessments in accordance to legislation and other requirements and the internal archive plan.
Furthermore excellent interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, motivation, proficiency in English and fluent Swedish is a must.
The successful candidate will have at least an MSc degree and more than 2 years of working experience from the regulatory field.
