Our customers are within the Pharmaceutical-, Biotech- and Medtech companies. We focus on positions within R&D, QA, QC, Clinical Research, Marketing and Sales. We are now recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Associate, preferably the candidate start as soon as possible and the assignment is initially for three months. Galderma is positioned inUppsala.
Position description
Provide support and to assist as applicable to the department within RA, Safety, Quality and medical information for registered and marketed products (product portfolio within pharmaceuticals, medical device and cosmetics) in the Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.
In the beginning, complaint and medical sample handling will be part of the job description and you will act as back up for local complaint officer.
This position will hold the following tasks:
Regulatory affairs
To assist the department with submission of variations, renewals and Periodic Safety Update Reports etc for the existing Marketing Authorisations of Galderma's pharmaceuticals in the Nordic region.
To assist the department with handling of labelling for products in accordance with internal SOP and local regulations and guidelines.
Ensure accurate texts are included for the products in standard reference books such as FASS, Felleskatalogen, Pharmaca Fennica etc.
Translations of Product information etc
Safety and medical information
Assist in reporting of adverse events including follow-up in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies, SOP's and guidelines.
Interact with customers with high demands
Assist in reconciliations towards internal and external parties
Provides assistance in answering scientific, medical and literature requests.
Perform literature scanning for safety issues
Perform scanning of CRM system for safety and quality issues
Other qualifications
Be "prestigelös", thorough and "självgående"
High integrity
Finnish in writing is an advantage
Pharmacy experience is a "good to have"
