Your main responsibilities and challenges will be, in order to support the regional Transcom business, to agree and implement a regional IT strategy and to manage day-to-day operation of contact center technology solutions for upcoming and ongoing business for our regional and international customers. You manage to plan, to budget, to achieve client and internal customer satisfaction and working within the strategies and policies set globally.
You manage a regional (Nordics, Baltics and the Netherlands) IT team and regional IT suppliers that support ongoing operation and service desk for the regional technology solutions, support achieving new business through IT bid support and work with globalized, centralized teams for specific technology skills, application development and centralized solutions.
You are member of the IT executive leadership team under collective objectives with 4 other regional directors in a matrix with 5 centralized functions, directly reporting to our global CIO.
You are also member of the Regional business team to align the IT functions and performance with business need, dotted line reporting to the Regional Management.
Your skills
• Great understanding and experience of Call Management Systems in an international environment from a business and the technology point of view, covering; Network, Voice, Application Platforms, IT security and desktop workspace.
• Experience of budget management above €10M, and used to budget creation, forecasting and actuals bridge analysis
• Experience of leading IT in an outsource and/or contact centre environment
• Exhibit a consultative style when working closely with business management to determine business process and productivity needs and an appropriate technology strategy to support business goals
• Outstanding selling and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills as well as team skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
