Axis is looking for the right person to fill an opening in our Operations department as Regional Customer Order Specialist.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Regional Customer Order Specialist based in Lund Sweden, you will handle customer orders received from our distributors, suppliers and subsidiaries. You will be a part of the Global Customer Order team within Axis. The Global Customer Order Team, consists of 16 people, is responsible for the communication with our distributors, regarding orders and deliveries and has the highest focus on customer satisfaction.
You will have external interactions with our distributors and internal interactions mainly with our Distribution Account Managers and our Configurations and Logistic Centers. Your role and work as Regional Customer Order Specialist will greatly influence the customers' experience of Axis overall service level. This position includes maintaining a very good relationship with our distributors.
Your responsibilities will include excellent understanding of customer needs in different cultures. You will be responsible for all communication regarding orders and deliveries in a certain geographic area.
Another part of the job is to be responsible for entering orders, within your geographic area, into our business system in a successful way. You role also include to send out order confirmations and to ensure that this information is accurate and complete.
This position involves a few days of travelling a year.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a socially skilled team player with the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts.
You have a structured way of solving and attacking tasks and issues, a flexible mindset and enjoy high pace.
Furthermore you are a skilled communicator with a professional attitude and you have excellent skills in writing, both in English and Swedish. You have at least three years of experience to work in an ERP system and good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
