The position
RaySearch is growing and we are therefore looking for a key individual who are willing to take on the challenge of Regional Business Manager for the Nordic countries. In this job you will have the full responsibility for all RayStation sales to photon clinics in the Nordic countries. In addition to that you will also work together with the particle therapy team on a global basis and take active part in develop and close major proton therapy accounts.

Sales at RaySearch is rapidly expanding and as part of the sales organization you are also expected to take active part in the global expansion of RaySearch. All sales for photon clinics are divided into regions where you will have the full responsibility for the Nordic countries whereas sales for Proton therapy accounts are on a global basis coordinated from the RaySearch headquarter in Stockholm.

Develop strategies and the organization necessary to meet sales goals for the Nordic countries.
Identifying customer leads, performing on-site demonstrations, understanding customer needs, producing quotes, responding to tenders, negotiating offers and final closing of deals
Taking the role as Key Account Manager for key reference clinics
Implement and maintain full documentations about all customers and opportunities in the CRM system (SalesForce)
Develop and execute marketing activities in the region together with RaySearch Marketing department
Attend national and international meetings / shows to develop visibility and pipeline
Ensure successful implementation of after sales activities and hand over to the service department
Monitor installation processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and invoicing
Take active part in the overall development of the RaySearch group.
Be responsible for all sales operations in the Nordic countries
Be responsible for creating and executing marketing activities in accordance to existing budget constraints.
Qualifications and Personal profile

Requirements
Education within radiation therapy, physics, engineering or equivalent
Knowledge in the tender process and how to influent key decision makers
Desirable, Willingness to travel
Ability to independently develop new markets
Experience in sales of complex medical equipment, preferably within radiotherapy
