Recruitment coordinator/Help desk assistant
We are looking for a Recruitment coordinator/Help desk assistant for our department VMS (Vendor Managment Solutions), where our assignment is to support our customer, who is a large automotive company, with their recruitment of contractors throught our system b2b Buyer.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Your main responsibility will be to support customers, suppliers and contractors with their questions regarding the use of b2b Buyer. This includes for example;
• Answer a help desk phone 8 to 17 each day (lunch break 11.30-12.30).
• Follow up timesheets with suppliers and customers.
• Perform daily updates in our system.
• You will also support our Recruitment coordinator with the work around the orders for the contractors. This includes for example:
• Follow up consultant orders.
• Screen supplier bids.
• Schedule interviews.
• You will also get internal assignments within the team
To be suitable for this position you should have the following experience:
• 2 or more years of job experience within administration and/or support.
• Well organized and good at administrative tasks.
• Excellent skills in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Higher education is required.
• Knowledge of the consultant industry is recommended.
• Have a professional attitude and service minded.
Employment and location
The position is a full time permanent employment and we apply a 6 months probation period. The office is based in Gothenburg and we would prefer if you can start as soon as possible.
