The Job

As an Operational Controller you will be overall responsible for in depth analysis regarding data patterns related to operations.
Key areas of responsibility:
• Support e.g. Quality-, Fraud-, Payment-, Customer Service-, Backoffice- and Procurement functions with proactive and reactive analysis on e.g. traffic patterns and other relevant data
• Identify relevant operational metrics and follow up on them
• Manage Operations related reports
You will closely interact with many departments within the company such as the Backoffice team, the Quality and Routing team, the Support team, the Procurement team and the Pricing manager.
Your Profile
We think you have well documented skills in Excel and good knowledge of writing SQL queries and subtracting information from the database. You have an analytic mind and are really good with numbers. You are thorough and you can combine your eye for details with an ability to see the "big picture". A technical degree is meritorious as well as previous experience of e-commerce, payments and the telecom industry.
You thrive on problem solving and you are thorough in your work. Your quality standards are high, but you can balance that with a sometimes high work load.
