Electrolux Italia spa, based in Susegana, is looking for a Range Manager to influence, develop and define product portfolios to boost our brands, create competitive advantages, and grow the business with creation of a winning range. To make the role even more exciting you will do all of that across all European clusters.
Hence, good communication skills and propensity for cross collaboration is key for the role since you will work in close collaboration with many departments such as R&D, quality, marketing, finance, sales, customer service and supply chain.

Working where the heart of Electrolux and the forefront of innovation intersect, with a 360° view of short-term successes and long-term vision, you'll apply commercial thinking, generate the business plan, develop the strategy and implement production that delivers the P&L for your region and product line - and exceeds demanding customer expectations.

Main responsibilities:
• Ranging tasks as needed in Product Development;
• Define, together with clusters, detailed launch plans per project, including brand, cluster, timing dimensions;
• Support European Category Manager during BU/EAs on range availability;
• Monitor together with the Clusters short term competitor moves (promotions etc );
• Define Model Catalogue, preparation and updates including Target Launch Price, based on Range;
• Model Catalogue detailed discussion with clusters and model commonality, including Customer Delivery Date;
• Liaise with Product Manager for range ramp up;
• Implement biz opportunities, promotion planning with Clusters and liase with Product Manager for ramp up;
• Monitor prices with clusters;
• Range complexity reduction coordination with PM and Clusters in agreement with category targets;
• Channel and monitor quality issues input from clusters.

Education & skills
• Master degree in Business or Marketing
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint are a must)
• Fluent English
