Radio SW strives to be the most competitive Radio Network R&D unit in the industry. We develop and maintain competitive, high-quality Radio products which give our customer solutions securing future growth. We currently develop LTE, WCDMA and GSM, as well as CDMA and 5G Network solutions to operators all over the world.
Radio SW SE1 is part of the Radio Product Sweden 1 within PDU Radio and responsible for developing radio software for Radio products in High- band, Mid-band and Classic segments. We are based in Stockholm (Kista) with operations also in Canada, Croatia and China. With high energy and engagement, we continue to strengthen our organization, and we are now searching for a OPO who looks for new challenges and wants to be part of Radio SW working with multi-standard Radio products. We have high focus on our Radio SW architecture, our development flow, and our quality. By evolving the agile and lean way of working and by involving individuals and leaders on all levels, we continuously challenge everything we do to seek and drive improvements.

You will
Be part of breaking down our Main Requirements together with our teams. Will be grooming and prioritizing the backlog and in that making sure that the teams fully understand the value to be delivered. You will work close with project managers, test managers, partners and other support roles
To be successful in the role one must have
B.Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
Communication share information and willing to help others.
Proficient leadership skills
Interest and good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working.
Find it stimulating to work with teamwork, have a genuine interest in people and be a good communicator.
You should also have the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
Large degree of flexibility and willingness to seek different tasks.
Proficient knowledge in product development with good understanding of systemization, design and verification.
Business and costumer focused with a high accountability to deliver results.
Good English language skills in both writing and conversation.
