Here is an opportunity to take on a role as R&D Manager at Spiro International, a part of Lindab Group, where you will be a big part of developing something new and building a team fit for the future!
About the position
Lindab contributes with products and services to provide better indoor climate, simplified construction and more sustainable buildings. As a part of Lindab Group, we have Spiro International, who is a market leading and technology driven worldwide machine provider. We have a global presence with our solutions for ventilation industry. Spiro International SA with Headquarter and production in Switzerland will now start up a completely new R&D center in Sweden. This will be an exciting journey, where we together will build up something from the start. This means not everything will be in place so let 's together find a way forward when it comes to office space, working methods and building a team fit for purpose. This team will together invent and develop new technical products that will contribute to Spiro International's strong position in the market. You will recruit your own team and will be a people manager of approx. 5 people.
Who are you?
To enjoy and perform in this role we see you as a self-driven person, who likes to start something new. Not everything will be in place from day one and we think that you are a person who finds that motivating and challenging. You are communicative, a team player and have down to earth approach. You like to "dig in" and have a prestigeless way of working. You enjoy working in a project-based environment with a clear start and finish line, where you drive forward in a structured way. To be the leader is natural to you and you enjoy developing people and see them grow with our company. It 's all about us together and the team! We think that you have a background within the car industry, tool industry or the manufacturing industry. You speak and write English fluently. The role is based in Grevie, Båstad and the role requires some traveling when the current situation allows us to do so.
