What you'll do!

• Support all international Quinyx customers in various channels (phone, emails, social media and on site if needed)
• Analyzing data and proactively ensure that customers are kept updated and are happy with Quinyx
• Assist in building the team's processes and procedures to ensure a fantastic customer service
• Escalate errands to other areas of Quinyx and make sure these are handled upon
