We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our Nordic Business Processes team!
Your role
As Quality and Compliance Coordinator, your main responsibilities are to collect, update and follow up air, ocean, rail and domestic rates in our production system for all Nordic countries. You will work in an international environment and support your colleagues working within Operations in Sweden and Denmark as well as our outsourcing teams in Asia.
Your working areas also include:
• Coordinate testing within our production system CargoWise One/ediE of air, ocean, rail and domestic buy rates and identify the issues
• Carry out analysis as base for corrective actions - what is working and what is not
• Support the branches in Sweden and Denmark regarding buying rates in our production system
• Compile all supplier contracts making sure the same are uploaded into price applications
• Ensure needed air, ocean, rail and domestic net rates are available in all necessary systems in time
• Support users within the area of AutoCosting
This is a temporary contract during August 2018 to April 2019 to cover one of our colleague's parental leave. You will get a chance to work in an international and independent role which will give you a holistic view of freight forwarding. You can be placed in any of our offices in Sweden* and business travels in Sweden and Denmark can occur. The Business Processes team consists of six people working in Sweden and Denmark and you will report directly to the Business Processes Manager Nordics.
Your background
To succeed in this role we believe that you have a university degree or vocational education. You have at least one year's experience in freight forwarding, working with ocean, air, rail or truck.
Other requirements:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with high skills in Excel
• Previous experience of working in our production system CargoWise One/ediE is a merit
• Excellent communication skills in English is a requirement, Swedish is a merit
