We are responsible for designing, manufacturing, and delivering separator systems in various industries, such as Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Biopharma and Industrial Fermentation, our commitment is unwavering. About the job
Step into the vibrant world of Jordbro, where Life-Science and Food industries meet. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the close monitoring of construction processes, accurate measurements and controls during manufacturing. Your influence extends to developing governing documents and processes, providing support to resolve deviations and addressing customer claims.
As a key player in our dynamic environment, your responsibilities include not only ensuring calibration of measurement equipment but also actively contributing to the maintenance and improvement of defined quality levels. Your expertise will lead investigations to find toor causes of claims and non-conformities, providing crucial technical support for effective solutions. Additionally, you will play a significant role in preparing and participating in quality and customer audits, ensuring adherence to our commitment to excellence.
In addition, you will navigate various IT tools, such as ProAct, Act, Framework, DSB/C2, Opto, D365, and adeptly utilizing Sensei. Your role extends to ensuring quality across factory activities - inventory management, manufacturing, packing, and delivery. Establishing and refining processes, as needed, and regular follow-ups will be key. Your expertise ensures guidelines for welding, packing, and other processes are effective, culminating in thorough final checks. Your role symbolizes our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in Jordbro's dynamic and evolving landscape.
About you

As a Quality Engineer in our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing processes, contributing to our commitment to an unparalleled customer experience. Armed with a relevant university degree and experience in quality work, particularly in pipe assembly manufacturing or a similar mechanical engineering role, you bring valuable expertise to the table. Fluent in English and adaptable to a global setting, you've successfully led product and process change initiatives. Your technical proficiency, networking capabilities, and service-minded approach make you a strong candidate with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in product quality.
Moreover, a Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification is undoubtedly a significant plus, adding to your already impressive skill set. We value your track record of driving transformation and innovation, and your well-rounded approach aligns seamlessly with our commitment to excellence.
