We are now looking for a Purchase Order Coordinator to be located in Stockholm
Purchase Order Coordinator
Our client looking for a candidate with a bachelor or master in economics and Experience processing invoices and accounts Payable experience in a large, multi-national company or within a larger national company. In addition to this you need to be experience with compliance processes and have intermediate or advanced Excel skills. A perfect candidate might have worked for one of the large IT-players abroad and is now looking for a position in Stockholm.
The main responsibilities are as follow:
• Making sure we follow all the Policies connected to spend and purchasing
• Following all the changes in the Policies
• Conducting PO (Purchase Order) process trainings for our customer's employees
• Responding on queries connected to the PO process
• Creating Marketing and OPEX POs
• Validating PO requests before setting up the PO
• Making necessary changes in the PO description
• Follow up with PO owners for additional information
• Providing guidelines to PO owners in connection to their orders
• Follow up the PO status
• Chasing for approval
• Follow up with Buy Center team
• Follow up SSPA team
• Open POs follow up
• Contacting PO Owners
• Contacting Suppliers
• Solving Vendor queries
• Vendor reconciliation
• Supporting with escalations connected to the Vendor creation process
