Task
The Project leader manages the verification of the feature durability and reliability in the automotive project. The project leader also:

• is responsible for the projects durability and reliability verification plan, activities in the test cells, rigs and vehicles within dur + rel and the systems and component functionality

• give the engineering approval for dur +rel prior to each gate

• is responsible for the dur + rel budget within the project

Since the project leader will juggle several issues at the same time, communication- and coordination- skills is vital for the job.

Qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant university degree in the technical or mechanical area and that you have been working within the verification area. We also believe you have experience of working in an international environment, and preferably within the automotive business.

Personality
As a person you have a structured approach with a high level of self-motivation and good leadership skills. Deliveries at agreed time are important for you and you can handle many tasks at the same time. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a must.
