We are looking for a Project Manager who can establish the organisation that shall orchestrate the IT process landscape, from IT operations to development. You will get the chance to show your ability to combine theoretic models with best practices and thereof create a mix that suits H&M.
As Project Manager and spokesperson for the Process Office at the IT department, you will be accountable for establishing the maintenance organisation that governs the common IT-process landscape. This will include the IT process framework which sets the standards for how to develop and document processes.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead and be an important part of building and developing the process office
• Set the strategy regarding our IT-process landscape
• Find ways to decrease our lead times and increase efficiency and stability
• Motivate and inspire your team
• Communicate, coach and spread knowledge about the process office
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You also are open minded, straight forward and can think out of the box.
And your skills include:
• Experience in project management on a senior level
• Experience from process development and implementation
• Creative with an ability to look at things in new ways
• A holistic view on IT steering
• Knowledge about ITIL and COBIT
• Fluent in both English and Swedish
It's a merit if you also have experience from working with business development and have insights in IT Service Management. Knowledge about lean practices regarding process improvements is also a plus.
